From the moment of arrival, Dilesh has consistently welcomed us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. His thoughtful assistance with our bags and his friendly demeanor make you feel as though you’re arriving home. His presence at both arrival and departure has been a constant over the past two years, and his dedication never goes unnoticed. Dilesh truly sets the tone for a memorable and welcoming stay. A special shoutout also goes to the exceptional housekeeping team led by Supervisor Sandeep. I’ve been here for almost two weeks now, and I can genuinely say the cleanliness has reached impressive standards. Deepa, Samjhana, and Bishnu — the hardworking individuals behind the scenes — go above and beyond to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. Their attention to detail, helpful attitude, and tireless effort reflect true professionalism and pride in their work. Sandeep, in particular, deserves recognition for his outstanding leadership and customer service. His responsiveness and willingness to cater to every housekeeping need with a smile is commendable. Thank you to the entire team for making each stay consistently comfortable, clean, and welcoming. You all play a vital role in making this place feel like a second home.

📍Best Location for DWTC Access - Ideal for those attending exhibitions at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), either as visitors or exhibitors. - Located just 170 meters from the DWTC entrance and 123 meters from the metro entrance, making it incredibly convenient. 📍Nearby Amenities -Within 50 meters: - Laundry with express service - Well-stocked supermarket - Pharmacy - Clinic - Salon - ATM: The nearest ATM is inside the exhibition hall, requiring a short walk. 🛎️Accommodation and Facilities - Budget-friendly option with unbeatable proximity to DWTC, offering great value compared to Ibis or Novotel World Trade Centre. - Essential amenities provided: - TV, kettle, fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee set - Safety vault, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and iron box - Clean, decently sized rooms with a focus on comfort and functionality. Overall Recommendation Stay here for the convenience of location rather than luxury. Best value for money in the center of the city. You walk 2-3 minutes to World Trade Centre metro station which is a direct line to the airport, 2 metro stations away from Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall and possible to get to Palm Jumeirah quite easy. You can find it easily, close to shops and places to eat. We were there for a night, did not have time to check the pool. The hotel looks nice, the room is big, although with a small window and bed is comfortable. The big plus is they have a 24h reception and they stored our luggage after check out because we had a late flight.

The apartment was spacious and had good facilities being the club with bar , restaurant and pool , the food was excellent at the bar restaurant so must have a decent chef. All the staff from housekeeping ( Giovind the supervisor , Bijay and Rajan) provided exceptional service with a smile, Also the pool bar staff , Tony and team worked extremely hard to look after us , absolutely faultless hospitality! Esham on reception again very accommodating.
